Dhaval is a 24-year-old left-arm spinner. This youngster who has represented State at the U-17 and U-19 level, didnft get a game in MPL-I. He had to wait for a few games to get his chance even in second season, but once he got it, Dhaval grabbed the opportunity with both hands. His figures of 4-0-8-3 against Sinhagad Supremos, 2.5-1.5-2 against Sindhudurg Sailors, and 4-0-15-3 against Torna Tigers made him a very important part of the Royals game plan. Dhaval didnft take any wickets in the semi-final and final, but kept the run-rate to the minimum from one end. Averaging just 6.87 runs per wicket, Dhaval finished the season with a majestic run-rate of 3.26 runs per over, something that one wouldnft expect even in 50-over format.
